This roll can be given to the kids as a breakfast.kids who dont like to have egg can be given as this….my kids love this they are ready to have 3 times a day..Its also a one of the quick and easy to make breakfast if you have dosa batter at home.

  1. Prepare a thin dosa with the batter then pour the beaten egg over it and spread evenly..when cooked flip it and cook both sides.
  2. Spread the cream cheese as per your taste on the prepared egg dosa and roll it and cut into small bite size.

    soak 4 cup idli rice , 1 cup urad dal, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds.,and hand full of flatten rice (Aval) then grind it and ferment overnight

      potato filling for Masala dosa

      Potatoes – 500 gms /2 cups heaped boiled and mashed
      Onion -2 or 1 cup thinly sliced
      Ginger – 1 inch piece
      Green chilli – 2-3 (finely chopped)
      Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
      Curry leaves – few tender ones
      Salt needed

      For the seasoning

      Oil -2 tbsp
      Mustard – 1 tsp
      Urad dal -3/4 tsp
      Oil for making dosa -(sesame seed oil preferable)
      prepare dosa and add the filling
