- Prepare a thin dosa with the batter then pour the beaten egg over it and spread evenly..when cooked flip it and cook both sides.
- Spread the cream cheese as per your taste on the prepared egg dosa and roll it and cut into small bite size.

soak 4 cup idli rice , 1 cup urad dal, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds.,and hand full of flatten rice (Aval) then grind it and ferment overnight

Potatoes – 500 gms /2 cups heaped boiled and mashed
Onion -2 or 1 cup thinly sliced
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Green chilli – 2-3 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – few tender ones
Salt needed
For the seasoning
Oil -2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Urad dal -3/4 tsp
